I feel that I am a very lucky girl.  I feel that I have reached a very good point in my life.  A point where I have found some friends that no matter how far or near, they will know my heart and I will know theirs. 

This past week was such a culmination of quality time spent with many of them.  

A few perfect moments were caught by a girl who makes up a nice lil chunk of my heart.

I spent Saturday at the coast with Libby and Cat.

We found this amazing little fort that someone had built before us. It didn't take us long to string up my old tattered flag and made a day of ot shooting footage for a film Libby is working on while Cat and I snapped photos on our various cameras and iPhones. It was clear and crisp and completely wind free. Which on the Oregon coast = magic.

Happy Labor Day Weekend ///

This weekend I'm off for what my girlfriends and I are calling a pantie party. No boys aloud, 10 girls staying in a cabin in the mountains just east of the Oregon Coast. There will be wine and music, a dye party and photo shoots. Swimming in swimming holes, picnics in teepees on the beach and all around magic.

My baby girl Haley of Moccasin Telegraph will be here in Portland this weekend! I'm going away for most of it on a magical adventure...but oh I can't wait to kiss her sweet face if even for a moment!

I had a really good weekend. This was just the beginning...

Cat and I planned on taking pictures at the end of the night too ... let's just say we were too lost in the magic. With a broken phone and Portland rain starting I'm ready for the magic to come back already.

Park Nights///

Last night we hit up a park in Portland for an outdoor viewing of Back to the Future. We had homemade icecream, Ninkasi and magic.
