I have a very nice pair of well loved adriano goldschmidt jeans with a very unfortunate problem, the zipper seems to be breaking! I will zip up my jeans and look down an hour or so later to find my zipper has come apart, yet the little pull is still up at the top. I end up walking around with "my zipper down" all the time! my boyfriend really enjoys getting to tell me my chinos are showing. I wish my jeans weren't so cute and i would trash em, but i just can't. I consider myself a decent stitcher and have patched the crotch of these jeans quite a few times. but i don't think i could replace a zipper. how much to take it to a tailor? any ideas?
